Delivery Information

Free local delivery on orders over £20 to Bedford, Monday – Saturday.

Any orders under £20 will incur a delivery charge of £2.50 to the Bedford area.

Area 4 delivery: £9.00

Please note;

If an order comes through to us without the correct delivery charge, we will call to discuss the further charge or reduction in flowers where possible. If we are unable to correct the issue, we will have to cancel the order.

Same Day deliveries are usually available if the order is placed before 12pm. Please phone us before placing your order to check. We can only guarantee an AM or PM requested delivery. We are unable to guarantee a specific requested delivery time but if you would prefer your flowers to be delivered at or between a certain time, please let us know and we will do our very best to meet your request where possible.

If you require a national delivery, we would urge you to support other local businesses like ours and suggest you look up and contact a local florist in a town close to where you are sending the flowers. This way you will receive a much more personal service and cut out all the costs that the major relay companies charge.

If the recipient is not home when we deliver, we will either leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a safe and suitable place. Our driver will leave a card so they know where to find them. On the rare occasion that our driver is unable to find a neighbour to leave the flowers with or a suitable place to leave them, the flowers will be taken back to the shop and a card left to instruct the recipient to collect the flowers from us.
